A proud Canadian, I have resided in the West End of Vancouver for most of my adult life. This beautiful city is world renown - for its stable business opportunities, statuesque mountains and breath taking views. I actively stand up for the things that are important for all who call this city home.
Over the past few years we have seen an increase of environmental concerns, and our awareness needs to focus on information and technology to combat these issues, along with the creation of sustainable jobs, accommodating rapid economic growth, green friendly development and leading environmental technology to protect the water, air and lands.
My vast Canada-wide volunteer experience ranges from David Foster Gala, Artists for Peace and Justice, CANFAR, and many local charities (UGM, League of Extraordinary Women, Great Canadian Shoreline Clean-up). I take pride in giving back to the community where I live, and believe it develops my community spirit and enriches my quality of life.
