Mr. Giustra is President and Chief Executive Officer of Fiore Financial Corporation, a private firm managing a broad portfolio of private equity investments.

In 2011, Lara Dauphinee joined Frank Giustra and Fiore Financial Corporation, and now holds the title of Managing Director, the Fiore Group. Lara Dauphinee leads a broad range of responsibilities, from managing a number of investments, to growing and expanding start-ups.

Gordon Keep is currently the Executive Vice-President of Fiore Financial Corporation, a private merchant banking firm.
